Whether crunchy vegetables, tender tofu, fruity mango or aromatic sushi rice – our poke bowls are made from high-quality, locally sourced and mostly organic ingredients.
Our bowls are made by hand with great attention to detail. The base is either rice, quinoa or a light leaf salad. This is followed by carefully selected toppings such as edamame, red cabbage, avocado, sesame or homemade sauces. Each element is freshly cut, marinated and served immediately before serving – for maximum freshness and taste.
